We were unsure of what to expect when we started out on the house selling process, but from the initial contact to securing a buyer the whole team at Rooney's have been nothing but totally professional. Whilst Gina and Robert have been our main points of contact and they have given regular updates and feedback, everyone worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for our property.
Nothing was too much trouble, appointments and viewings were managed impeccably by Robert, Gina and Leslie.
What can be an extremely stressful time has been made very easy by such a fantastic team. Thank You!

I was a bit dubious about going to a high street agent at first, especially with all the alternative options available nowadays. But Rooney were great and delivered what we wanted. Top class estate agents and would definitely use again.

From initial contact to accepting an offer we have received top class service from Dionne, Rob and Laura.
They worked hard to set up a popular open day but even prior to that arranged many viewings. Even after the successful open day Dionne and Rob worked their 'magic' to find the best sale for us.

As soon as Sam arrived to value my flat I knew I had picked the right estate agent to sell my flat. With his confident easy manner he put me totally at ease and explained how things would proceed.
When I put my flat on the market I was so disappointed to be told that Sam had moved to another office. I needn't have worried Rob! Dionne and Harry knew all about it and have done nothing but provide an excellent service for me. My recent dealing have been with Rob and Dionne and nothing is too much trouble. They sold my flat on the first open viewing day with more than 10 people booked in.

When looking to market your property the team at Rooney’s, Harry Rob and Dionne will be the only team that you need. They don’t conform to normal estate agents. We needed to sell our flat to buy a house that we had long had our eye on. They all go way beyond what they need to do. That can especially applied to Rob, he was my main contact, every time we spoke, I needed help with a question or we need to work on a issues he was there to answer it or get the answer for you. He does not give up or tire I can say this because we had a very protracted sale/purchase (not due to anything they did) he kept a very close eye of all sides of the transactions right up to the hour that we picked the keys up off him. We was a key part of why we are now sitting in the house that we were after.

The manor in which the whole team operate is excellent, there was some very challenging issues in significant parts to our whole process but they most differently stepped up to the line to get over it, wether it be maintain good relationship with the sell of the house that we wanted in the face of a chain damaging delays or getting accurate information out of third parties they get the result that you need.

On meeting Sam, I was immediately put at ease. He filled out the necessary forms with humour making me feel that this was the firm for me. I was passed over to Robert, who with his pleasant and positive attitude, made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain how the company works and then explained that the process could be followed online. There were many showings, just like they said there would be. Phoning me to keep me posted on the days events. They made me feel in charge of the proceedings plus offering helpful instructions. I believe that they did get the best possible price for the property. Excellent service fully backed up by Dionne on the phone to provide me with answers that I needed to know. We would highly recommend Rooney & Co to anyone looking to sell their property. We are not based in Horsham but they have gone above and beyond to achieve us the best price for our home and have certainly marketed it to a wide audience getting viewers from all counties. Rob Barnes has been in constant contact and has given us sound advice along the way. Their secretary was truly patient when it came to us choosing our photos for the brochure which was beyond the best we had seen compared to other agents we had, had round when choosing who to go with. From the first point of meeting with Harry it was clear that he understood our needs and took on the challenge of our timescales. Within a week and viewings into double figures we were sold. Due to no fault of Rooney & Co our chain broke down some time later. We have been so impressed how Robert & Sam turned what was initially a very stressful situation around and had arranged for a large number of viewings (but focusing on only those that met our needs). Within 48 hours we were Sold again. I am confident in their levels of service and experience and that they will do all they can to bring our sale through to completion. The only reason that I have not rated 5 stars is purely down to the change in points of contact for our sale, which at times was a little confusing. With that said, staff at Rooney & Co are always at the end of the phone if I had any queries or questions. Would definitely recommend. Thumbs up.
