We ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter. They sent us a different dress that didn’t match what we ordered. I contacted the company right away for a refund. They offered me $10 to keep the dress. Never sent a return label even after I contacted them several times
THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a dress and they sent me the wrong dress. No bog deal right? Wrong! Attempted to reach back to return the dress & get my money back and at first I received an email saying the message was undeliverable because "the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system". I reached again by email, since they do not have a working phone number, and I received an email back from a Noreen Whitley apologizing and offering partial credit to keep the dress. I said no, I wanted to return it and to send me the return instructions. Then I was ghosted. I attempted to email again and received the same undeliverable message. And then again and she emailed back offering a higher partial credit. I went online, which I should have done from the beginning, and I guess this company that is what they do. They Bait-and-Switch: advertise beautiful dresses using stolen boutique photos. Then they ghost you or bribe you offering partial credit. Finally give you a return address in Asia and demand you to pay $30-$50 to ship the product. Bottomline, do not fall for this scam!
