Problems with selling products
I am a long-time customer from Romania and have been purchasing from your company for many years. Recently, I tried to place a new order, but I discovered that you no longer ship to Europe. I sent two emails requesting clarification.
In your first reply, you mentioned that you had changed the website and that there were some issues, but my previous orders no longer appear in my user account. In your second reply, the tone was curt and unprofessional: “Now what problems do you have!”.
Considering that I have been a loyal customer, I find this behavior inappropriate and, in context, even offensive, with a hint of discrimination.
