The seamoss has helped with the inflammation in my joints (especially my toes). I take a spoonful each morning on its own or in my kifir and blueberries. I find it also helps with my energy levels too. Highly recommend.

I bought the seamoss gel for myself but I have ended up sharing it with my dog. Great health benefits for both humans and doggies! I add a spoonful each day to my dog’s food and a spoonful in my yoghurt. Interested in purchasing their other products next as have been very impressed so far!

I did quite a big order as I was intrigued by quite a few of their products. So far I have tried the seamoss gel and st john’s bush - both are great. I eat the seamoss gel everyday and the st johns bush as a herbal in the evenings. Looking forward to making my own seamoss gel with the raw seamoss once the gel has finished.
