Plumber cleans our drain and our pocketbook??

He only put a snake down our drain and he fixed it all right. He charged us over $600. I found an advertisement from a plumber co for $89. Can anyone tell me why we got charged so much? It wasn’t on the weekend and it took him all of 15 minutes total. Can we get a partial refund at least?

On Angie's list our price is $99 in which we have over 2,600 A+ ratings. We do not rip off our customers. All of our technicians are logged by GPS so we can see how long they were at your residence.
