Ruined my family's life

I hired this law firm based on a recommendation, which turned out to be a devastating mistake. Winning the Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery in May 2022 filled my family with hope, but this firm's involvement turned our excitement into an absolute nightmare.

Despite assurances of extensive experience, their knowledge of DV cases was clearly lacking. They gave us incorrect, misguided advice from the start, specifically regarding the age freeze for dependents under 21—directly contradicting official DV instructions.

Worse than their lack of expertise was their appalling lack of initiative and responsiveness. It felt like the moment they received the final installment payment, they completely stopped caring. I was forced to constantly chase them, sending numerous emails, enduring unanswered phone calls, and leaving voicemails just to remind them my case existed.

The ultimate failure of our case stems from the firm's profound disorganization. They confused the order of filing critical documents, creating a serious, irreconcilable discrepancy between USCIS and KCC. After repeated follow-ups, their only response was to shift the blame to an "administrative mistake" and coldly advise me to contact Congress, leaving me with less than a month to act and then ceasing all communication.

I have tried to contact them as recently as October and have yet to receive a single response.

Their negligence, disorganization, and apathy have not only cost my family dearly, both emotionally and financially, but have mercilessly crushed the hope we felt upon winning the lottery. I strongly advise against using this firm's services. Their lack of professionalism and expertise is utterly unacceptable and unforgivable.
