Terrible company. Item received with no ice packs in parcel. Yet their website says they do. As everyone knows these are to keep the item cool during transit. Tried to contact the company but their email is no reply!
Logged into my account. Eventually had a reply. Only to be fobbed off. My item is wasted. Its very expensive to just throw away.
Lily guidelines say. “Any reputable pharmacy should send a replacement if the item wasn't sent with ice packs”

As a first time customer to Roots Pharmacy I was hoping for a better service than my previous Wegovy supplier. Unfortunately, so far this hasn’t been the case. I received my order over the weekend and contacted them first thing Monday morning to discuss an issue and was told by the lady I spoke to that she couldn’t help me but she had spoken with a pharmacist and they would be contacting me at the first opportunity.
Four days later and I’m still waiting!!
Brilliant service, fast delivery, great communication. Looking forward to my next order already.
Still haven’t received my order more than a week after ordering had to get in touch twice with the company and they keep fobbing me off claiming it is a Royal Mail issue
