I have been dealing with two departments from this company, one customer services and the other returns department. On both occasions they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for their service and quality of there goods

Purchased new loo and seat. Installers fitted but found cistern allowed constant trickle of water to pass. Much removing/refitting of loo to establish fault cistern or loo glazing. Visited dealer who came to see, cistern defective, replaced but much time lost & grief. Installation continued now find new loo seat has defect. Wobbles side to side on the release pins. Defect is seat not fixings. Back to dealer again. Most disappointing for supposed quality products.

I Purchased a poise shower valve, bath mixer with hand shower and a basin tap in November 2019, I was told they came with a 10 year warranty which Roper Rhodes confirmed for me last week when I tried to get help for a faulty diverter on the bath valve, however they said they no longer keep parts for the item so I should go back to the supplier for a refund, leaving me with no working bath valve and if I replace with something else it’s not going to match any of the other fittings, If you are advertising a 10 year warranty you should be able to honour it. I would never buy from this company again.
Thank you for your prompt reply, it’s a shame you don’t offer people this service when they contact you directly, I don’t understand what’s changed apart from a poor review on trust pilot!

I contacted Roper Rhodes technical customer service team about replacing some parts on our 11 year old shower and they were fantastic. Responding the same day with useful advice - even though my shower was an older model which they no longer stocked, the tech assistant gave me the specific part numbers and said I could probably find them through spare parts suppliers online which I did straight away.
She answered some more specific queries I had as as well, also responding within minutes. It was so lovely to experience old fashioned customer service with fast advice from a real person. Well done Roper Rhodes.

Have purchased two Roper Rhodes toilet seats from Costco's in the last 24 months, both have cracked and had to be replaced.
The 1st one lasted 8 months and fair play to Costco's exchanged it straight away.
When the 2nd one broke emailed Roper Rhodes, but they were totally unhelpful telling me to go back to Costco's, which is a inconvenience.
On the box written in big letters is TEN YEAR Guarantee.
Don't waste your time and money on their toilet seats. Probably why 4.0 star rating.

Lovely products. Was told top quality, high end etc so we spent £1,000 more to buy their bathroom furniture. We have sent back multiple items (doors. Infill panels) as quality is shocking. Paint finishes bad and packaging damaged items. Were currently waiting for our 4th , yes 4th attempt at them replacing said items. These are not high end quality at all. Poor finishing and overpriced, terribly unhappy….bathroom still incomplete..:

My concealed toilet cistern was constantly overflowing that was a bit too modern for my knowledge of old-fashioned ballcock systems.
I traced the manufacturer via Google images and called the technical support line. The man I spoke to was extremely helpful, explained to the process of cleaning or removing the valve and then sent me a very helpful diagram.
The only reason they don’t get five stars is that it would make life much easier if that diagram and similar or available directly from their website website.

I had an issue with a product purchased a few years ago, although still under warranty. From my first contact with the Sales Office Co-ordinator to dealing with the Technical Customer Service Team my issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Very satisfied with their customer support.

I contacted them about a part for my shower mixer, that my plumber had lost! They helped me identify the correct part and sent it out free of charge the next day despite the shower being quite old. Excellent customer service.

I have had two beautiful bathroom cabinets from roper Rhodes with mirrors on them which have been replaced about 6-8 times in all and the same faults occur.
Erosion around the edge of the mirrors. It looks awful as it starts off small and just gets gradually worse in time.
The cabinets were around £600 each! I expected better. Roper Rhodes are ok at replacing these if I complain enough but I’m fed up with complaining and the same thing just happening over again.
I’d rather have my money back and use a different company.
It makes me very sad looking in the mirror everyday, and seeing not only my face that looking worn out but the mirror too !!!

Customer service was incredible. Had a slight technical issue, they did send out the wrong part but all was resolved after they answered the phone immediately then got me to message on WhatsApp pictures/vids. 2 days later, the part arrived.

One of the screws fixing our shower valve to the wall was rusty and threatened to compromise the whole unit. A replacement valve fixing kit was on its way to me within minutes of my phone call. Impressed!
