Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a lovely brown dress for a wedding, it came late. So I thought no problem, I'll return it. Emailed them for a return they said it'll cost me £20-£30 to return the item, so I can keep it for 5% refund. I paid £44.95. Then offered me 10%. I told them no. I've had to go through the bank with my refund.

I ordered three dresses for a wedding…

I ordered three dresses for a wedding when checking it says it’s based in London this is a lie, they are shipped from china.
They took nearly 3 weeks to arrive the day before the wedding and every single dress was unwearable nothing like the photos/ videos I see.
Took them 3 weeks to respond I sent over photos ect told them I wanted a full refund they emailed me back saying 10% of the full price and will cost me £20/£30 to send back I refused that so they offered 15% then 20% that would leave me over £100 down for dresses I can’t even sell! And that’s without the cost of sending them back. They are scammers wish I see these reviews before I ordered!

This company is based in China not…

This company is based in China not London as implied. Costs to return are quoted at £30 to customer. They are difficult to negotiate with asking for videos/ photos of why you want to return. Dress was cheap and too small- I refused to send.
They will not give me a full refund.

The dress ordered arrived a week after…

The dress ordered arrived a week after the due date. The dress was sub standard and didn’t match the description online.Despite contacting them on 4 different occasions through their messaging system, and email address, I’ve yet to receive a response.
The return address is not listed on the website. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy from them!

⭐☆☆☆☆ The dress looks NOTHING like the pictures – very disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rosaline London. The dress I received looks completely different from the one advertised on their website.

The listing uses images that appear to be from BabyBoo Fashion, which is what attracted me to the dress in the first place. However, the actual item I received is nothing like the advertised photos. The material is completely different, and even the neck tie is not as shown. In the pictures, it is designed like a bra-style tie, but the dress I received has two long strands of fabric instead.

The overall appearance, material and details do not match the pictures at all. This is not a case of simply disliking a dress once it arrives – the item is significantly different from what was advertised.

I ordered based on the images shown on the website and expected to receive a dress that matched them. Had I known what the actual dress looked like, I would never have ordered it.

I am sharing my experience to warn other customers to be careful and to compare the advertised photos with the actual product before purchasing.

Please look at real customer photos and videos before ordering. I would not recommend buying this dress based on the website pictures alone.

Dress Nothing Like Advertised – Disappointing Product and Customer Service

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Rosaline London to exercise caution.

I ordered the Ottilie Maxi Dress after seeing the beautiful photographs advertised on their website. Unfortunately, the dress I received was significantly different from the garment pictured.

This is not simply a case of the dress fitting differently on my body. There are noticeable differences in the actual construction and design.

The dress I received has prominent vertical ruching running down the centre back, whereas the advertised dress shows gathering predominantly towards the side. There is also a centre-back split that is not visible in the online photographs, and the shoulder and upper-back detailing is noticeably different.

I contacted Rosaline London, providing photographs of the dress I received and explaining these discrepancies in detail.

Their response? An offer of a 10% refund and a suggestion that returning the dress would cost me £20–£30!

Why should I be expected to pay to return an item that does not match what I ordered and paid for?

Despite outlining the differences and providing photographic evidence, the company has failed to address my concerns about why the garment supplied differs from the one advertised.

To add to my frustration, their email responses were automatically directed to my Junk folder, which further complicated communication.

I was also surprised to discover that my order confirmation from Rosaline London displayed branding for a completely different retailer, Valentina London. I have requested clarification from the company regarding this.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the handling of my complaint.

I have requested a full refund and a prepaid return label, as I do not believe customers should be financially penalised for receiving goods that do not correspond with the product advertised.

My advice would be to think carefully before ordering. The product I received was not what I expected based on the website photographs, and resolving the issue has been unnecessarily difficult.

I will update this review if the company resolves my complaint satisfactorily.
