Poor customer service
My wife purchased a romper suit for our granddaughter which was too small. We returned the item which was not delivered due to no one being-in st the returns address, we sent proof of delivery sent receipt and e mailed Kate who asked for it to be re delivered. 3 e mails later explaining that she would need to organise the re delivery back to herself and supplied the information she needed she just has not bothered to respond to any of the last 3 e mails and has not refunded the money. Terrible customer service would not recommend buying from this company. Been over 2 months and no reply.

Great service initially but went downhill
There are not many places to try on Communion dresses so I ordered 4 from Rose & Albert for my daughter to try at home. As soon as I placed the order I received a phone call to talk me through the sizing and this was helpful and really appreciated. The dresses arrived the next day which was brilliant and they were all lovely. We settled on one and sent the others back by tracked delivery. It then took several weeks for the refund to be processed and I had to send quite a few reminder emails and text messages for this to happen. Considering the refund was over £500 this was a worry.
I tried the dress on my daughter a second time two weeks before my her communion in May. I was disappointed that the stitching on the sleeve has started to come away; on one side there was now a tear and on the other there was some freying. We were very careful both times we tried it on so I don't understand how this has happened so easily and in less than 15 minutes of wear. As the communion was so close I had to take the dress to a seamstress who said the stitching on the sleeve was poor quality but was able to fix it.
I was really disappponted as i believed I was buying a high quality dress and I paid over £300 for it. I would not expect this from a high street name nevermind a boutique.
It was still a beautiful dress, once fixed by the seamstress at extra cost, and I do not regret buying it. I'm just glad I noticed the rip with time to spare and not on the morning of the Communion.
When I raised my concern with Rose & Albert I didn't even receive a reply. I wouldn't order from them again because they become unresponsive when you have any issues. Their customer service isn't great once they've got your money.

Terrible company. Acknowledged that they had received my item a month ago and still haven’t received a refund. They are refusing to answer any of my emails and I’ve been left with no choice but to claim my money back from my credit card company. Avoid!!!!!
