I ordered after seeing someone I follow post on Instagram showing the items they had ordered. Ordered an initial key ring and item was dispatched very quick and I received within a couple of days just in time before my daughter started back at school. Despite it being the run up to Christmas, I ordered 2 personalised items about 8:30 in the morning and by 12:30 I had notification that they were in the post and they arrived lunchtime the next day. Lovely quality too
