Total Scam!
Do not buy anything! The clothes they sent was complete trash I would use to clean my floor. I didn't know you could make such cheap and awful stuff. Nothing came even close to fitting and 1/2 the stuff we didn't order. It was like they emptied the rubbish bin and put it in a box. No way to return or get your money back from Paypal. They never returned any email or phone call. Total scam stay away!!

Awful company, rubbish clothing and no chance of a refund. Even Paypal couldn’t help as the clothing company insisted I return it to one address in China which is different to their registered Paypal address. Never going to buy from China again.

AVOID Fighting my way through PayPal to get my refund. Sent two items that were clear thirds if not fourths consisting of sleeves sewn in the wrong way round, un-hemmed bottoms and two sides of differing shapes. Offered me 15% then 20% or send it back to China at my own expense and hope to get a refund from a SCAM company. Purport to be UK company but obviously are not. Website seems to have disappeared now so obviously they were a cut and run company

I made an order in october 2019, for two tops, £66 i paid, in early December I emailed them saying I haven’t received items, the response was, we will check with our analyst dept, ( what ever that means) then i got another email from them a few days later saying a refund has been issued! It hasn’t, ive doubled checked all my accounts, Nothing! So i think its safe to stay, Roaefind os a big fat scam! I doubt i’ll ever get my money back! As ive been blocked now by them! So yeah , avoid them like the plague...

Very bad customer service. It has taken me 3 months to get a partial refund from them. They have argued via email about everything possible to wiggle out of paying me the refund I am due. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from them. I purchased a ladies tunic style top only to find it was so small my hand wouldn't fit into the sleeve. I couldn't try it on as it was too small to go over my head. Eventually, they sent me a return address in China, insisting I post it signed for which cost half as much again as the item. They received it but didn't refund me until I chased it up via email. They now will only part refund item sent but not the original shipping cost to me. Worst customer service and products ever.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The clothes are poorly made and unfinished . No where near value for money Nothing like the website photographs
Their returns policy is questionable. I was offered 10% of the purchase price as a refund. It took me two months to get a refund and I still have not had a complete refund.
I will not be using this website again.

This Chinese company should not be allowed to operate. The images on the website certainly don't represent the goods you receive, they're very poorly made and shoddy, cheap material is used. There's no way of getting in touch with them, only some of the goods have been received and you most definitely can't leave reviews on their site. it's a con - don't be fooled into buying anything from them.

The clothes took ages to arrive and when they did half the order was missing. I have been trying for weeks to get a return address for a refund but they either don’t reply or just offer a 15% refund. The clothes I did receive were of poor quality and one wasn’t hemmed at all.
Keep away from them!

I wish I had read the reviews, Do not buy. I bought 3 tops, they were
smaller than stated. I tried to get a refund- what a joke.Could not get a return address out of them.Offered a 10% discount, and suggested giving the goods to family members.I also got paypal involved don't bother they were no help. Eventually they offered 30% discount. I agreed because I was so fed up.That was over 3 weeks ago and received nothing.They also try and get you to return to China.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering a jacket from them 4 months ago (order #6188). Never received jacket and in spite of repeatedly asking for refund never received it either. I have repeatedly told them i would give a bad review if they dont do something and they never did so here I am. Rosefind gives online shopping a bad name. Shame on them!

OK, don't be caught by this company. I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought nearly £80 of goods from them. 3 out of the 4 items ordered came, 1 completely missing. One of the tops was OK, pretty basic and not worth the money tbh but I kept it anyway. The other two, well didn't look anything like the quality of those showing online and both much too small, one bigger than the other. So we have 1/ missing items 2/ shoddy goods and 3/ wrong sizing. They offer refunds on their website but try and get one out of them!!! Like others on here I was offered a paltry 5%, then 10% but I've stuck to my guns and have taken up the issue with Paypal. Spoke to a very nice young lady at the weekend, she says that customs would be paid by the company, not the sender as indicated by Rosefind, so don't be fobbed off with that one. Paypal have said I will get a refund once I send the items back tracked and give them proof of posting so I am hoping that this will be the case. Surely if we all moan about this company to Paypal they will stop dealing with them. (though I have seen on Mumsnet that they change their name every so often and this was confirmed by the lady at Paypal). So, do yourself a favour and DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. In fact, I shall rule China out completely as they're all a bunch of shisters!

Do not buy. I just wish i had looked at these reviews. Did not realise it came from China so took a month. Dreadful product. Offered 10% off to avoid sending back which is an insult. Wasted a lot of money but i returned it. Then only got half the refund owed. Currently claiming on Paypal so who knows. I feel i have been scammed and dont know how else to report them.

Rubbish, items are rubbish, company is rubbish, can’t get a refund even through PayPal unless you return at a huge cost with no guarantee of refund, don’t buy

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - they sent two items of clothing that looked nothing like the original photo - same quality as a cheap fancy dress costume and probably as flammable!! They mention a full return service but said 'if I did not like the clothing then I should give the items to someone in my family' - I continued to pursue and they eventually offered a 10% refund! I went back to the payment company and finally got a full refund out of sheer determination but lost some money on the return - but was worth it!!!

Goods took nearly 8 weeks to arrive! They sent two items, third to arrive at a later date! They were shoddy, plastic motives! and loose threads all over seams, tight on top!! HUGE!! At bottom!
The smaller garment came about 3 weeks later! With the size label cut out!! to try and fool me it was a smaller size!!
It was the same size as previous two! They also suggested to give to friend!!! And offered 10% discount!! (Sorry I would like to keep my friends )!!! I wouldn't even feel comfortable giving them to charity! They are that bad! They also claim you can receive a refund within 7 days! which is a load of rubbish! And yes Maggie ? Also appeared very rude ! PLEASE DO NOT USE!

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. STAY AWAY. The items arrived after long delay. There is nothing on line to say they were coming from China. When they arrived they were miles too small, definitely not UK or US sizing.
I tried for ages to get info on how to send back, they said to give to family or friends and they would reimburse 10%. I had spent £100 with them! Eventually they gave me a return address. It cost me £25 to send back and three weeks later they were saying they had not received the goods, even though signed for. Parcel was sent by Hermes who sent me proof of delivery to give them.
When eventually they sent cash to my account it was £10 Short. They said £5 for shipping fee, even though I’d paid postage and £5 bank charges! NEVER USE THEM, I’ve referred them to the relevant authorities.

Items took 6-8 weeks to come. All far too small and not great quality. It has taken weeks to get a response to my request to return the items. Was told to send photographs for some reason, which I did and have just been told that it won't be worth my while returning them as they will get lost and I will have to pay high taxes - they have said to give the tops to a friend and they have offered me 10% refund!!! Dreadful service from start to finish.

This company is awful - fake imitation jumper received - nothing like the original photo of garment supposed to be a lovely fairisle knitted jumper - received a cheap polyester printed top! Horrible! And when I asked about the cost of return shipping as I was liable apparently-was told why don't you like it all of our customers like our goods! Too much hassle to return and try to get a refund!!!

Received my order 2 weeks after ordering, ordered 3 items (same size), received 3 items neither of them seems to be the same size, fit is poor, quality questionable, waste of money.
Don't buy from this supplier!!!

Also "Maggie" in customer service is rather rude.

Don't do it. Sizing is extremely bad and PayPal isn't great for getting your money back,.
