Please DO believe the negative reviews.

Having ordered chairs in Feb 2025 there is still no sign of delivery. Repeated 'delivery dates' have been missed. Assurances of needing to check with the factory have led to no information regarding the order. A polite request for a clean refund has been ignored and so regrettably, I am now taking legal action. Do not risk using this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I'd used Rosehill for a previous job and been happy with their service and quality of products, but this order has been an absolute nightmare. We ordered in September, were promised a 6 week delivery time. Pretty much every time I got in touch to chase delivery I was given a different story - missing parts, things stuck in Italy, delivery coming from somewhere in the UK, courier issues etc etc. Eventually 6 MONTHS later I got the goods. I had to chase every week - and seemed to be a surprise to the customer service lady that I was getting cross! I'd asked many times for a call or email from the MD, and still absolutely nothing - despite calls, direct emails and messages passed internally. It's a shame because now the order has arrived they're a good product, but I will never, ever order from Rosehill again and suggest everyone else gives it a very wide berth too!

My experience at Rosehill Dental…

My experience at #Rosehill #Dentist Surgery in #Carshalton Greater #London has been very concerning. I believe that the female dentist’s name is Benita. No Duty of Candour

I was told a referral would be made following an appointment, but the #StHeliers #hospital and their complaint team #Pals , later confirmed they had not received anything. When I queried this with Rosehill Carshalton, I did not receive a clear explanation.
Given the seriousness of my dental condition, this lack of follow-through caused unnecessary stress and delay.

NO #referral and the delay could be fatal. #Sepsis and damage to my speech. A broken, rotten back wisdom #tooth should receive a referral not a pretend referral. The tooth needs to be extracted to prevent it touching the nerve of my jawline.
I suggest that if you have a complaint against a #clinic that you email the #CQC who will send out an inspection and draft a letter to Rosehill immediately. The Rose Hill email address is available though not the same branch. Await the 20 day reply from Rosehill, then Google the contact details to email the dentist regulators. What you do not want is a practice to just offer you appointments as #appointments generate business #income for the practice while you as a patient is left hanging. Thanks to CQC, who regulate Rosehill Dentist and sent an inspector to visit Rosehill Dentist in Carshalton London. It was due to this visit, Pals of St Heliers Hospital contacted that a referral was received on Tuesday this week I was right.
No referral was sent December 2025 or Jan 2026. No due diligence and no duty of candour 2 back rotten broken wisdom teeth can be fatal. Sepsis. Rosehill has no online complaints and on website advising of their complaint policy. I had to Google Rose hill email to send my complaint to Rosehill Manchester. I confirmed I am not a patient & to forward my complaint. Much appreciation. Hopefully, CQC can again intervene before I wait to hear bk from the Phso
I was also uncomfortable with how patient details were spoken aloud at reception in a small busy waiting area, which did not feel confidential. They declined a email address to send feedback and there is no online visible info of how to complain.
In my view, the practice needs to improve communication, patient care, and confidentiality standards. #WisdomTooth

The receptionist refused to give patients a complaints email and there is no online complaints form
In my view, the practice needs to improve communication, patient care, extend the reception area and, improve confidentiality standards.

I believe the reviews on Trustpilot but not Facebook. Anyone can fake reviews on Facebook and click like
I will not be returning back.

Do not use this company under any circumstances

Having ordered chairs for our Church in July 2025 we still have no chairs and they have our money. They do not reply to recent correspondence and we need now to take a legal route. DO NOT think of using this company.

Please don't believe all these bad reviews

I cannot understand the reviews I'm reading!
I ordered 250 chairs from Rosehill for our local community centre & found them very helpful when ordering & their customer service fantastic.
Delivery was 4 days late but that's not bad coming from the other side of the world.

Shoes were too small and nowhere near true size and rigid and stiff for a canvas shoe
Dress not true to website colour and dubious fabric with no labels attached
Exchange/refund involves complicated and outrageously high 'offers' and then $ charges

Would recommend Rosehill Furnishings…

Good service from Rosehill Furnishings Group Ltd - Fast delivery of new chairs and kept us updated on the delivery progress. It seems the previous business model has changed for the better since the new ownership in February 2024. I would recommend and will use again.

On behalf of Ballaugh Parish Church. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rosehill Furnishings Limited recently went into administration (YES this is the same company/people) ....they have left us and MANY people without our furniture, having paid upfront. They have strung us all along for months/over a year, promising delivery and coming up with excuse after excuse. They have simply walked away with our money and started up again. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. We placed our order for chairs and paid up front, every deadline for delivery was missed, only when we threatened legal action did we receive our goods. The quality of the chairs we eventually received was very poor, most fell apart within a few weeks of use. We have used Rosehill in previous years and have had no problems, but based on our latest experience, we will never use them again.

Not recommended

We are a school that placed an order for examination desks in June 2023. The payment was promptly made, but unfortunately, we have encountered severe issues since. Despite our attempts to communicate, we have been consistently ignored, provided with false information, and ultimately let down by Rosehill Furnishings. Despite requesting a refund, we have not received a response. This experience has been highly disappointing and embarrassing for us.

Despicable customer service - avoid at all costs!

I had to take Rosehill to the Small Claims court as they were so rude and refused to respond to emails or phone calls, as I merely asked for my money back after 8 MONTHS of non-delivery of my goods.

Scammers - Do Not Use!!!

Placed an order for new exam desks for our secondary school and still waiting on them 3 months later. Contacted Rob and his colleague's on several occasions and was promised delivery dates to which they never arrived. Requested a refund for the past 6 weeks and still no refund. Its now been passed on to our credit card company who is in the process of sorting it out.
Disgusting company who thieve from schools, churches and the general public. Do not purchase anything from this bum outfit!

We have ordered 3000 pounds worth of forniture from them, never received it. Call the costumer service 10 times they always pretend that they will get back to us, but they never do. I think this is a scam.

We are a small charity and ordered 30 stacking chairs and a trolley, along with 6 folding tables in February 2023. We received the tables, but have never received the chairs or trolley despite paying in advance. We have been given promised delivery dates which have come to nothing and they will not refund us.

Fraudulent Trading

As others, we are a church and ordered and paid for goods in May but nothing but excuses or ignored emails etc since. They are taking money without supplying goods which is fraud. Notifying local to them Trading Standards and Watchdog. Family member in met police getting in touch with the companies local police fraud unit.
