This was my first order. I purchased two dresses. Both arrived quickly in eco friendly pretty packaging. As I’m shorter than average, one had to be returned and I sent that back over weekend and awaiting refund. So cannot comment as yet on refund process. The dress I have kept is a really beautiful print, well made and is exactly as seen on website. Well done Rosehip design ! I am looking forward to a long purchase history with you.

Orders are dealt with swiftly. The company deals with customers in a personal way by including hand written postcards of thanks. Items are of superb material and are a great fit Any issues are resolved positively.

The velvet jacket arrived quickly and was beautiful. I would have loved to have kept it but it was huge. I ordered a size as I am usually a 14 but it was far too big. The colours were also a lot more “autumnal” then the picture implied so did not suit me. Both these considerations aside, the jacket was well made and I loved the contrasting pattern of the inside. I would definitely buy another if the size and colour were right for me.

I ordered the Brompton jacket in plums/creams and it is everything I hoped- quality, soft velvety fabric, beautiful plaid on inside, fits like it was made for me. It shipped promptly and cleared customs. The packaging is beautiful floral and I received a gorgeous tote bag along with a zipper pouch that matches the jacket. I am so pleased with my order and will be placing more orders in the future.

I ordered a jacket size 2 and it arrived too big! I called the retailer and they immediately sent me the smaller size before I’d even sent the other one back- which was fabulous customer service! Jacket is very well made too. Very quick and personalised service and unique beautiful jacket- very happy!
