Complete Scam!

The sweater I bought was nothing like the one in the picture. I contacted the company who agreed to issue a store credit for the amount. However, when trying to utilize the store credit, the message on their website continually comes up as saying 'this store can't accept payments right now'. Misleading customers to think they are based in Tampa, when the articles are being shipped from China - this is a total scam. Do not purchase anything from them.
