Awesomeness, just like pictures and details specs of model

I have ordered multiple times from RosemaryDoll.com and all my orders were filled very well. On the two occasions there were shipment damage issues, they were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Candy helped me get a replacement for a damaged TopCy right away.

I was looking for a doll that was showing as in stock but when I tried to order it, I was informed by "Candy" that the product was out of stock but she would notify me when it was. A few days later, Candy informed me it was no ready. I then did order the doll and it was here in 5 days. #1, they could have taken my money first and then give me the news. But instead were very upfront and honest, that means a lot. Also Candy did follow up with me as soon as it was ready and the process as I mentioned was very smooth and speedy. Looking for my next purchase with Candy now!

Rosemary Doll delivered in stock SE doll within one week. Doll is beautiful. But the body paint is already wearing or worn off in just 4 days. Paint on one nipple is half gone and the vagina color is completely gone.

Good costumers service.

Had some issue with the initial order, their website did not have the most current inventory. However their support was very responsive (all messages were replied within 24 hours) and provided many option (one of them was to choose a different model, even more expensive ones), along with complementary items as an apology. Later, they also provide additional complementary item because of the shipping delay at US customs. When the main package arrived, it was in great condition. Overall awesome customer service.

My experience with this company is so great after losing my fiancé seven years ago July I was difficult moving on from her death and it made me feel like I was gonna be alone for the rest of my life after knowing that she was stage four cancer but when I found Rosemary doll, I was inspired by what these dolls look like and I took a chance and I’m very happy because I have something that has mean to me and it feels makes me feel good and it worked out very well and I will definitely buy from again in the future thank you again Rosemary all for everything that you’ve done to communication up and told the sale from the sale to the the order being placed and then communication was perfect and the doll is perfect. While Im happy with the doll the order process was a problem. Production took 7 weeks which I felt was a little too long. The real problem was the shipping. The doll spent 3 weeks in the box probably being jostled around when it got here the left ankle had a major indentation and there was some indentation on her back too. They really should be sending these dolls express. While they are packed very well, the less time they spend in the box the better. Overall I am happy with the doll but for this kind of money they should be sending them express delivery.
