Disaster of a GP practice.... Incompetent
Disaster of a GP practice....they are incompetent in more ways than one. Repeat prescriptions not enabled. Hospital tests not applied for when they claim you are on a waiting list.....(they simply did not contact the hospital but claimed to have put me on a waiting list.)
According to what a doctor at St Markes hospital Maidenhead said to me they made up false records about me and posted them on my NHS medical history stating I had missed tests when I was not even scheduled to attend one at their practice. When I asked them to remove the inaccurate data they refused to reply to my numerous emails.
Dr Hutchings seems not to be aware of what a data breach is and sent my medical records out by test with no use whatsoever of the my Frimley app with password protection. She does not reply to my requests to fix my incorrect NHS data.
I have countlessly asked for access to my medical records since September 2024 and they have not been able to arrange this simple online access and ignore all my requests.
one word.... Incompetent.
