Great site to deal with. The only thing I would say is that their part numbers that are on the invoice/order do not match up with the Porsche part number that you put in, so if you don't have a picture showing, you have to just hope its right:)

5 stars though, if you're reading this, definitely use them. Oh, I meant to also say. Really sharp freight prices too!!

RosePassion is truly an awesome website. They can get hold of parts for almost all models of Porsche and in record quick time. Their prices are lower than most of the other websites and their service is excellent especially ensuring the orders are sent out super fast. Well done to the team and I will continue to only use them for my needs. Highly recommended website.

I ordered a pair of driving gloves from Rose Passion and they arrived well packaged and all. But one of the gloves had a missing part that made the glove unwearable. I contacted Customer service and they sent ,e a new one right a way, although I could have sent it back, they said keep it for environmental reasons and that they will send me a new one and the new one arrived. Happy costumer and I will be returning

Awfull. Shop elsewhere. I emailed them repeatedly to ensure the product would fit my car. Despite their assurances it didnt fit. They then debated this. Were rude and condescending. Then followed a very tedious returns process during which I had to fight for a refund. I never did get a full refund.

The fastest way to get Porsche parts. And they pretty much have every part in the catalogue! Been using them for years, dozens of times, they’re fantastic.

Rosepassion sent me two driveshafts for my 987.2 Cayman S that I was unable to find anywhere else (including directly from Porsche). They were dispatched from France a couple of days after ordering and were already in the UK the next day. They were both genuine parts (one GKN branded, the OEM manufacturer of the driveshaft, and one Porsche branded). Porsche themselves had no stock and couldn't tell me when they would have any. The new driveshafts solved my issue with vibration under load / acceleration so I'm very happy!

I think the problem is Rose passion is not being honest with customer. They DID NOT describe the product quality clearly on the website. If you expect to get Porsche genuine part, you may not get it. They can ship you Chinese OEM parts when you paid for the genuine parts. This is the real scam.

I ordered the part last week. After I received the part and found out it’s not Genuine part I tried to contact them for return and was hope for them to send Geunine parts for replacement and responsible for duties tax for the second order. Because I already pay for the first order that they send wrong. But they refused to do that.

I have ordered a set of bearing shells which were very poorly wrapped up, came in plastic bag without protection. (You should definitely make sure they won`t be sent like that again, it was a shame for that waste)
As soon as I sent them an email around midday I got a response, without asking how many of the them is useable they sent me a set of replacement shells, delivered on the following day to the UK.

This is highly misleading, trademark infringement and morally reprehensible....

Overall a very good website, good prices on delivery and their inventory is extremely good. One thing that could be improved is that they don’t mention what brand their parts are; Some of them are genuine Porsche and others may not be but still their prices are pretty good and the overall experience worth it.

Kudos to the team answering support requests within couple of hours.

Do not use this company two years ago I’ve ordered quite a few parts from these people and they keep sending parts that I never ordered or the wrong part and they won’t give you a discount or refund your money. I have a 997.2 in Italy terrible customer service typical French! this year I ordered an oil level sender and I ordered the three screws that hold it in and they sent me nine bolts. I’ve never even seen before and had no part number. please do not use this company. They’re terrible!

I have bought a Porsche 928 master brake cylinder and they send an anonymous parts that seems not a new one but a rebuilt one.
For the first time their customer service was very responsive and propose me to give the item back and they will send me a refund
I returned the item with insured shipping, I received from DHL a proof of delivery but they are saying that don’t have received the items and I’m still wait for the refund
After my request of explanation they didn’t reply
They are thieves and they stole my 470 euros

I've ordered a part from this company last year and it went well.

But recently, I bought an oxygen sensor for my 997. I paid 275 euros for it, thinking at that price it was a genuine part (listing specify which brand it is).

When I received it, it was just a regular Bosch sensor which you costs 75 euros. I returned it, got a refund, and bought the bosch sensor on another website for 75 euros. Saved 200 euros.

A 260% markup compared to competitors is an absolute scam.

I will never buy anything from them again.

The item worth 130 euros ordered as a birthday present was never received and Rose weren't helpful in resolving the issue. Both they and the courier are sticking by a very poor photo as evidence of delivery. The item never arrived , I was home the day of supposed delivery. Because I'm in UK and Rose are in France I have no consumer rights. Hard expensive lesson learnt. Never use them again.

Ships Continental belt after collecting Genuine Porsche belt prices. Got the cheek to take 260% premium as self proclaimed Porsche Specialist. Insisted that Porsche sent them a Continental belt in Continental packaging. The only speciality here is the steep markup and deception.

Buy from more forthcoming websites, which is just about almost everyone else that actually makes a proper distinction to the grade of their parts.

Still haven't received my parts 6 weeks later, they've stopped communicating and just ignore my emails, Stay away, use Design 911 or one of the US companies

Unbelievably fast delivery, and competative part price and carriage charges. Ordered on the 21/01, and arrived in London on the 22/01 at just after 10am. What a great service
