I received the items I purchased, but when I requested to return them, I got push back. When they finally agreed, I returned the items and NEVER received a refund. So out of pocket twice.

This is a scam. The prices are cheap but you will never receive the item you paid for . That is what happen to me
I ordered a 5 piece Halloween pumpkin set. The photo shows the piece as over 40" tall and even states to be used for outdoor home decoration. The piece I received was 6" tall, a joke. Since everything on their website is "on sale" they don't give refunds for sale items. Paypal and google should ban this place from doing business with them.
I also ordered a tool and received fake ray bans instead. It's a RIP off!! Save your $ or you WILL be disappointed.
Ordered a guitar, got a knockoff belt! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I also ordered a tool and received fake rayban sunglasses. After a bunch of stupid emails back and forth that were filled with their lies I finally called capital one and reversed the charge. I orders from a site called Whalegot and have now found out that Jstimier or Roseza or whatever they call themselves use several different site names. I'm so thankful I used my Capital One card and they are refunding my money. The so-called company can have their sunglasses back (though their response email said I could keep them) I don't want them. But they will pay shipping because I'm not. DONOT order from them!!! We all want a deal but if its too good to be true then we should all know its a scam. Always use your credit card because you will have some recourse when you get scammed. Roseza SUCKS!!!
Ordered a tool. Got knock off raybans. When I contacted them they said they would mail out correct tool. Gave a tracking # for EMS express. Thing is the web site they give is fake EMS. Now won’t turn emails. Paid through pay pal but pay pal is just as corrupt as these guys would not refund money unless I sent glasses back with tracking but it would have cost $65.00. Pay pal won’t return messages either. Do not use
Ordered tools for my dad got a Fake Gucci wallet then the tools just disappeared after order was placed twice . Shut THIS CRAPPY WEBSITE DOWN.
I also ordered tool set which cost 120 dollars, but instead I was sent $10 sun glass. it’s a fraud site. Don’t order, it’s Chinese site, Luring by advertising low cost products.
I ordered a tool set and they took the money from my account. I've emailed them countless times with no answer back. The phone number on the site is not a company phone. No one ever answers it.
Ordered a tool from Roseza.com and their payment process was through Fasterpay. They debited my credit account for $55 cdn. Order confirmation was never received and their customer service did not respond to my emails when I tried to follow-up on the order. Appears to be a scam.
