No useful Customer Service
Bought some prebaited poison bait boxes for urgent rat problem, from this company,through Amazon.
Although poison boxes were sent in a cardboard box, there was no wrapping around the bait box to prevent accidental release of the poison. No data sheet on the poison, nor instructions included. Only a direction to a very poor website where links to download any information, failed to work. Had 4 or 5 emails from them totally off subject, the last telling me my box wasn't prebaited! They have my phone number but ignored my request to speak with them and they don't advertise a contact number.
UPDATE customer service has now been in touch and made effort to retrieve the situation. Ive upgraded to 3 stars. Not convinced bait is working, been down 2 weeks
