Because of an error on my part the card was unable to be delivered and was returned to the company. They emailed to let me know. I replied, explained what I had done wrong and asked if it was possible to resend it. They very kindly agreed and two days later I received my card. Amazing customer service . The card is great too. Would certainly thoroughly recommend them.
