When my bag arrived I noticed a small loose thread on one of the seams. Was a bit disappointed at first but emailed customer service with a photo and they sent out a replacement the very next day, no quibbles. Returns label included for the original. The replacement is flawless. Mistakes happen, what matters is how a brand handles them and Rosie Wear handled it perfectly.

Came across Rosie Wear while searching for a new work bag and I'm so pleased I gave them a try. Whole experience felt premium from start to finish. The website is easy to use, checkout was quick, and the bag arrived sooner than the estimated date. Little things like that go a long way.

Took my Rosie Wear bag on a 10 day trip across Europe and it was perfect. Fit my essentials, looked good with every outfit, and survived being stuffed under aeroplane seats and dragged around cobblestone streets. Came home looking the same as when I left. Proper investment piece.

Bag was perfect but the size wasn't quite right for what I needed. Returns were so simple, printed the label, popped it in the post, refund was back in my account within 5 days. So many brands make returns a nightmare, this was the opposite. Will be ordering the smaller size soon.

Photos online don't do this bag justice. The colour is richer and the leather has a lovely subtle texture you can't really see on screen. I keep getting compliments when I'm out. Already eyeing up a second one in another shade.

I've had this bag about 4 months now and use it for work, weekends, travel, everything. Still looks brand new. Holds my laptop, water bottle, makeup bag and a million other things. The strap is comfy on the shoulder which is a big deal for me because I have neck issues. So happy with this purchase.
