Vorsicht! Es gibt keine Kundenservice. Service-Hotline ist ein Anrufbeantworter. E-mail wird von KI versendet. Ein Ticket-system funktioniert nicht. Web-Darstellung hat nichts zum Realität was dahinten steckt. Es scheint -eine Falle für Kunden.
Anfang August 2025 eine Münze bestellt und bezahlt. Nach den angekündigten 10 WT Lieferzeit keine Reaktion, auch überhaupt keine Reaktion auf eMail, Anrufe, keine Rückrufe, keine Reaktion auf eMail oder Einwurf-Einschreiben. Am 03.11.25 habe ich eine eMail bekommen, dass meine Münze im Versand ist - ich habe bei UPS nachgesehen - es liegt UPS nichts vor. Jetzt helfen wohl nur noch rechtliche Schritte oder Inkasso.
NICHT KAUFEN !!!! Habe bezahlt, aber immer noch keine Lieferung. Geht jetzt zum Anwalt. Mehrmals geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Angerufen, aber kein Ergebnis!!
Die Lieferzeit der Münze soll 3-5 Tage dauern. Nach mehr als 6 Wochen wurde die Münze geliefert. Mehrfache Entschuldigungen zur Verzögerung führten nicht dazu, dass die Lieferzeit im System geändert wurde. Heute stehen die 3-5 Tage immer noch drin.
Der Laden ist extrem schlecht organisiert. Die Hotline hat keinen Zugriff auf die Daten, geben sie nur weiter. Dann erfolgen Rückmeldungen zu Themen, die nicht angefragt wurden. Dilettantischer Laden. Finger weg.
Très mécontent! Vendeur malhonnête! J'ai passé commande en décembre et 3 mois plus tard je n'ai pas reçu ma commande! Mes emails restent sans réponse. Lors de mes nombreux appels téléphoniques le contact n'a aucune explication à me donner pourquoi ma commande n'est pas honorée. J'ai demandé d'être remboursé, en vain. J'attends toujours que le CEO M. KRAUSS solde ce litige!
