Professional and service minded

After I placed my order, Rossignol introduced a new discount campaign, so instead of returning my newly placed order, they gave me the same discount without hesitation. Very professional and service minded. Thanks!

Missing parts - excellent service

After a crash I had to adjust my boots and lost some screws/parts. The customer service team of Rossignol assisted me in a very friendly and efficient way and did send me the parts quickly. Thanks again for all your help!

I bought the Rossignol Staci Pearly…

I bought the Rossignol Staci Pearly woman’s ski jacket January 2025 and it did not even last one season before it started to rip. The stitching on the front is coming apart. Rossignol does not stand behind their products and refused to do anything. I will never buy from this brand again. For the cost, do yourself a favor and invest in a different brand that actually stands behind their products.

After a thorough review of the pictures you provided us of your jacket's stitching, we determined the condition was consistent with natural wear (and tear) rather than a manufacturing defect. Natural wear falls outside or our warranty coverage. However, please do not hesitate to contact our Warranty team back if you need any further clarification.

Awful service they don’t care

Sent me someone else’s order. Wrong item.
Sent them packing slip with other persons details on.
They then wanted me to unpack and send a photo.
They then wanted me to return… but wait 14 days for a refund and refused to send my order out and said I’d have to place it again.

I will never use this firm again.

Avoid guys
