The zipper tag snapped off twice.

Update: They said they would follow up on my email and never did.

Bought the Men's 1907 Chamonix Brown Boots back in 2024. A few months after buying the zipper tag snapped off. I emailed and they sent me a replacement tag that I had to go pay someone to fix. That was $50 extra to fix this new boot.

A year later the zipper tag snapped off again and now it's out of warranty. Now I have these very expensive boots that are no longer good for Canadian winter. I never knew about this brand and I would highly recommend staying away from their boots.

Broken zip

Zip broke on my Rossignol jacket, within the two year warranty, sent proof of payment and damage. It Clearly says on the customer service page they respond within two business days.
Not once have they replied in that time. I’ve had to call and chase, then they make out they’re dealing with it.
15 emails, 3 phone calls and 12 days in so far and no action.
They talk very politely on the phone,
and “when” they manage to respond to an email. It Just seems like empty promises.
Shame the service is so slow.
The products are great.
I bought this jacket two years ago as my first Rossignol purchase, since then we have bought 29 other rossignol products including ski boots, jackets, and the ladies Megève boots. Totalling around £3500.
All quality products.

Instead Use that time productively by pleasing a loyal customer with a solution to my broken zip.

Made three orders altogether. Returned items twice. One wasn’t the right choice, the other - the right size. Both returns went smoothly. Orders were also executed in a timely manner. Site experience was also smooth and responsive. Interface, for me, was cery user friendly.

Excellent service

No complaints, very quick service. Even after a return (ordered wrong colour), refund was arranged within a few hours after delivery @rossignol. Excellent service!

First order

The time of delivery was relatively quick.
As I didn't notice that there is a discount for the first order I contacted customer service and Rossignol approved me a discount after the payment.

Rossignol actually sent my order to the…

6Rossignol actually sent my order to the wrong random address across the country, the didn't believe me and realize finally from the tracking that they did. Had challenges getting a refund. Were out of stock for all 6 items. Refused to offer me any sort of discount of my next purchase, but did say that I "could buy a gift certificate on their website", and sent me a link, absolutely insulting. I sent this challenge to their new Head of Rosignol's E-Commerce to let him know how his Customer Service team is handling mistakes they made, by offering (former) customers a chance to buy a gift certificate. Not even the courtesy of a response. Looks like their lack of Customer Appreciation is starts from the top.

It is one thing that the lost the order. But they take no responsibility, and don't even offer a small gift certificate for another purchase. It is just a sorry we sent the order to the wrong place, we don't have any more too bad. Oh, and if you want you can buy a gift certificate from us. Absolute arrogance. That is not how customer service is done in North America, likely why the had to close all their stores in the US and Canada, their brand is losing relovance, and their clothes are being discountinued by the major retailers, they obviously don't get it.

Returned to the sender

You have shipped my webshop order from FRANCE to HUNGARY by mistake with totally unnecesarilly CUSTOM CLEARENCE papers!
For this reason the hungarian local custom authority couldn't handel the parcel properly and returned it to the sender!
