They stole my money, I was surprised when I went back to the emails to see that the order had been delivered without anyone contacting me and the order had not been processed. I tried to contact the delivery company Royal Mail but there is no way to contact them and no one responds. I sent many emails to Rosell but I did not find a response from anyone. I do not recommend dealing with this company. You will be robbed as I was robbed.
