I badly needed a replacement key for my E320 as the old one was a mess and didn't lock the car. I called Rosus,
Adrian came to me on time 2 hours after my call on a Saturday. He was friendly, professional, very informative and worked past sunset. The key is top quality and works perfectly. I even got a complimentary trolley token on the key ring, nice touch Adrian.

I had called 3 locksmiths Rosus's price was £50 below the others.

Locked my only set of keys in the back of my Transit Custom this morning with no way of getting in. Called Adrian, based on reviews, and he was with me within the hour as promised and I left him to it. Within 20 mins I had the keys back in my hand after Adrian had used computers and some sort of lock probe to fool the van’s system to open up. Absolutely amazing. Is now my go to locksmith for the next time I’m an idiot!

10000% recommend Adrian at Rosus Car Keys. I had a problem with my VW Beetle 2001, my key had broken and the transponder was missing. I didn’t realise this and my car immobilised when I attempted to use the key.
I contacted many professionals, some refused the job based on the model of my car alone, claiming it’s impossible. even VW couldn’t help.
But not Adrian! He was easy to contact by telephone, and he was working on my car 30 minutes later.
it did prove difficult at first, but Adrian had a plan B and I trusted his confidence. hours later and my car was running again with a newly programmed key which he put together very well.
his rates are affordable and his work is very professional.

I lost my only VW key and after getting 2 new ones in the VW dealership, Adrian came to program them. He arrived 30 minutes after I called and he was very professional and sorted it all fairly quickly. He is also a nice guy. I cannot recommend him enough.

Only called this lunchtime to see if they could do me a new key. They came to me about 4 hours later, and took 20 mins to sort me a new remote locking key for a car that I had been trying for ages to find a place that would do it. Apparently my car keys are difficult to do (this said by other locksmiths or key cutting places). Good value too for a service that comes to you and in the same day. Would recommend
