I have written e-mails to Roswheel about a discount not being applied and I am wondering if a rack and panniers are going to arrive in time for my tour. Response has been slow. Seems like no one is interested.
I have asked to return the panniers I bought multiple times. The agent replied that she will send the return info and never does. I’m not happy that I may end up stuck with $190.00 panniers I can’t use.
Superb robust and stylish product. Arrived next day. Brilliant!
Great quality bag. Perfect fit. I was a little worried about the strap system but it works very well.
It was definitely the best choice for me, exceptional quality and service 👌 will use again looking for a handle bar bag to fit a gravel bike
These panniers are exceptionally light which is why I chose them for my cycling holiday. They fix very safely too. I've no idea how they will fare in the rain but I would just pack everything in plastic bags if necessary.
Unfortunately the trunk bag attachment mechanism to the bike rack is not acceptable. This was not obvious in the online pictures. The pannier bags attach to the rack OK but the closing mechanism is messy.
