Excellent customer services, I had an issue with a couple of dresses which they sorted out very quickly. Their dresses are very good value you do need to order a larger size than you usually choose in their fitted dresses. The flared ones order your normal size as there in ample material in this style of dress.

I found the variety of colours available in all styles very appealing. Ordering items was straightforward and notification of delivery was updated. On one occasion I ordered an incorrect size, so notified the mistake immediately. The company immediately rectified my mistake, and I received the correct item. My first delivery was too small and when I asked about exchanging it you sent me another one free of charge.
I passed the smaller one to my daughter who was delighted and have since ordered two more of the same style in a larger size which I have received.

Good Delivery - Everything Else Poor
The delivery was good, taking 8 days from ordering to receiving.
Items ordered are not as described. 3 x cotton blend tops that have no cotton in (97% polyester & 3% spandex). The print is only on the outside & white on the inside . They look & feel cheap. They do not fit well.
After 3 emails written, requesting details on how to return items and request a refund, to the uk support addres,I still haven't had any acknowledgement Order number 1724042. Very disappointing service & advise buying elsewhere. I will have to claim via bank.
UPDATE: The reply below is a standard reply -They do have all the details - they were given in all the emails I have sent and I received an email a couple of hours before the below reply offering me half the price I paid as the shopping will cost £35 to return but to keep the items. I paid over £22 for each top and I would be lucky to sell for £4 each as they look & feel so cheap. I have insisted on a full refund & will be claiming through my back if not given. I would not buy from here again. I bought a top & shorts from Shein last year and although it was much cheaper than these tops, they were as described, the fit was accurate and they had an honest return policy.

Rosyday has some lovely clothes. I have ordered quite a few items recently, and have been pleased with them. I have a problem, though. I am unable to order from my computer, as Rosyday has been classified a dangerous site, and it is blocked from my computer. I therefore have to order from my phone, which is not easy, and sometimes it is very slow to process my order, and I am not always sure that the order has gone through.

Return items Rosyday make very difficult
I've sent many emails with pics of the items, at least for 10 days, and not reply received. Always the same responses send pics of items. I'm returning the items because material are not as soft as cotton should be.

Very poor company to deal with. My wife bought a dress from them that didn't fit. The obstacles you have to overcome to sort it out are not worth it. Eventually she was offered half her money back, and keep the dress that didn't fit. Pathetic company.
