DO NOT buy from Rosyfairy. Their size charts are no accurate and when I tried to return an item that was way too small, even though it was meant to correlate with their size chart (website says 30 day money back guarantee) they would not give me an address to return it to. They asked me to prove their size chart was wrong, which I did and they then offered me $5, then $6 and then $8 back. My email chain to them has a different customer service person each reply and they took me in circles where each new person asked me for proof. I'm over them. Am chasing them through PayPal, mostly because I don't think they should get away with it. They are a scam company.

I'm very disappointed with dealing with this company. I ordered 2 dresses on 16th September 2019 had to report it to PayPal to get them to talk to me. Received 1 dress today 21 November 2019, very poor quality with long cottons hanging off it everywhere no QC at all and no tags on dress. Other dress didnt arrive and no refund to date. Do not deal with this company. Very unprofessional.

I bought a dress from their site. I followed their sizing chart and the dress came WAY too big! The material was cheap and shiny. Not the way it was pictured at all. I contacted the company to return it and they said since it would cost ME a lot of money to ship it back to CHINA would I consider a partial refund and can keep the dress? I said sure, thinking they’d give me half. No, when I contacted them to tell them I still haven’t received a refund after a week or so, they replied with someone different apologizing and asking if I’d be okay with a $5 refund. $5!?!? I said no and that I was going to report them to the bbb. They then responded with someone different and told me they’d refund me $7. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I took a chance given their website boasts w money-back guarantee; however, when my dress arrived, it was a different color than the picture online, very cheap material, had no tags, and came with no packing slip. The address on the bag said it was shipped from NY. When I contacted the allegedly great customer service, first I discovered the email address in my purchase confirmation email was incorrect and I had to look up another address online. Next, they asked me to send them a picture so they could verify the problem. In response to me sending it, the customer service person told me it looked nice and that I could should consider keeping it. Then he told me they won’t take it back because shipping to their warehouse in China would cost them something like $35. He asked if I would accept $3 to keep it. I referenced the “money back guarantee, but he didn’t respond. Instead, a different person contacted me to see if I would take $10 to keep it. I haven’t heard from them since I refused that. This is a fraudulent business, and I would rather report them than take their money.

Bought two items two months ago. Have not recieved the items and have gotten no answer to emails.

That company is very bad they take my money and I have been waiting for months for my package, there's no customer service contact I don't know how to complain about it, after wedges waiting they sent me an email said that my package is on way ... is passing 1 months since they sent last email I tried contact by the link but email didn't go through.
However I not recommended this site for anyone else.
