Delivery was prompt and the product was very easy to use.

Tried the same colour twice for my specialized levo mountain back with a year in between at least to find out if the colour match had improved. Unfortunately this was not the case for my particular bike, my recommendation to Rotaris would be to remove it from the website.

Delivery was fast, well pack I received what I ordered. However color did not match exactly. It's still better than looking at a scratch.
If I would search for a local paint shop, they would probably do a better job at matching color for the same money.

I ordered product on October 13, 2025, and have yet to receive the product. It appears that it is "on its way" via USPS, but has yet to arrive. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Never received product

Specialized paint colour did not match, not even close. Requested a return and refund and was asked to send photos, which I did on two occasions. No further comms despite asking on numerous occasions if the refund was being processed. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, you will only lose your money

Extremely disappointed.
I placed my order on September 20, 2025, and as of October 13, 2025, I still haven’t received it. According to the tracking information, it hasn’t moved and is still listed as being in international transit.

I’ve sent four or five emails with some basic questions about the product and haven’t received a single response. I even tried reaching out through Instagram, but still no reply.

At this point, I’m beginning to feel like my money was taken, and I honestly don’t know what else to do.

Super quick delivery. Much quicker than promised.
Read the reviews before I purchased and noticed a number of people saying the match is not exact.
I can say this is fair. However, in my case, it was not far off.
Initially the colour was a long way off but once the lacquer was applied and it dried, it was pretty good and I have a very tricky red (Cannondale Rally Red).
It's probably not accurate in the vendor saying it matches though which is why I've only given it 4 stars
Overall, very pleased and thoroughly recommended

Customer service is not working

Overall good quality of paint, but one of the paint tops was loosing and had spilled during shipping. I emailed support but never received a response.

Lack of support. Sent 2 emails, including to Oleg, but got no reply. Color doesn’t match. $60 down the drain.

Prompt delivery

I ordered a paint kit for my Specialized Stumpjumper. The color is not a match. I have reached out to the company four times regarding a refund per their Satisfaction Guaranteed policy and have not received a response at all. I submitted pictures and my receipt. Very dissatisfied with their support and customer service. The point color was so far off that the bike looks better without the touchup.

EDIT: After four tries I did hear back from Rotaris and they did refund my order, but not the shipping. The color was still not a match, but at least they responded and did give me a refund. Based on this I would increase my review to three stars.

Shipping could be faster, it took 3 days until the Order left the warehouse. Color does not exactly match the original color, you can see the differece but its still looking good and better than the defect.

Used it last week and it's held up through a few rides already.

They sent me two vials of clear coat and no paint even though one was labeled as a black paint for a specialized bike. I notified the company; let’s see if they fix it.

UPDATE: Refund of the product, less the delivery cost, has now been instigated by Rotaris.

Description of ordered product clearly stated "The paint kit consists of a coloured basecoat and clear coat topcoat". However, when received, the contents of both bottles are transparent with no coloured coat included. On initial contact with the Rotaris online support to try to resolve the issue, I was informed that a bottle of the coloured basecoat would be dispatched & I would receive an email to confirm. Having not received an email, I emailed the 'info@' email address direct to find out what was happening. I was then told that the product is designed to dry transparent, even though the description clearly states that the basecoat is coloured. The product is therefore not suitable as a touch up paint. I finally asked for a refund on the basis that the delivered product does not meet the product description.

Still have not received package. Last shipping update was end of march . Company notified multiple times no refund or product offered to be resent.
