DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY !!
I’m sure most of the 5* reviews on here are fake, all sound very scripted !!

My experience with Rotita has been disgraceful. I place a rather large order, choosing items that stated ‘next day dispatch’. I was then told the order had been delayed because 2 items were out of stock. I explained that I needed the items before a specific date as I was going on holiday and I was PROMISED it would be there before that date. As the date got closer and the items still hadn’t been dispatch I asked to cancel the order but was told I couldn’t but that if it didn’t arrive in time I could return it at no cost to myself and I would receive a full refund. I finally got notification that it had been dispatched 2 days before my holiday. I contacted Rotita and explained there was no way it was going to reach me in time and I would be on holiday when it arrives. They said it was ok, the courier will return it if there is no one there & I’d be issued with a full refund straight away. They even assured me they would contact the courier to ensure it wasn’t left with a neighbour or in a ‘safe place’.
This was ALL lies, the parcel arrived whilst I was on holiday, it was left with a neighbour, they then said I had to organise a return to USA (from UK) which cost me almost £50 plus they didn’t refund the full amount, I was charged for the ‘free’ delivery. So all told I’m now out of pocket by £60.
Their promises mean nothing & they lie through their teeth so please be very careful when ordering from these crooks !!

Bought a dress which I was amazed at the price (£34). When it arrived i didnt like it at all. The sizing was wrong, the front of the dress didnt hang right and the whole thing looked cheap. After chatting with customer service they said i had to pay for the return and ship it to USA (£17). Website says (Rotita UK: United Kingdom official shop). Very misleading indeed !!!

This site is shocking I bought two dresses to try and both not true to size . I would not give them one star as customer service shocking took me a week to sort out a return and then to top it off paid £7.99 for postage from them-and then want £ 23.00 to return
shocking when you have spent £116.00 on the order please be very careful as they do not seem to care when you have a chat with them they are not interested in the customer never again will I order

The item I ordered was not delivered on the date specified and I could get no sense from the company. It eventually arrived 2 weeks late and turned out to be poor quality and nothing like the picture. When I tried to return it Rotita refused to accept a return saying that it was over the allotted time for returns based on the date that it should have been delivered, even though they were aware from my previous communication that delivery was delayed. My advice is to avoid dealing with this company.

I am still waiting on a refund for 2 items that I returned in June 2019! The items I received were totally junk. I have no idea how they stay in business. I will do everything I can to warn others to NOT...I repeat NOT ..to order from this company! I was on a live 'chat' with someone who was supposed to be helping me tonight. Guess what? When pressing them we lost connection and I am unable to resume my 'chatting'. I am resorting to legal action to recover my costs of items returned.

After a month of not knowing what was going on with my order and getting back the same useless info about it I finally received it... The colours are not like the picture. Very dull compared to what it looked like online.
I don't think this company is worth the trouble.
