Nicht nur mein Mann sowie der Rest der Familie, Freunde und Arbeitskollegen bestellen häufig bei der Firma Rotools.
Rückgaben bzw Umtäusche waren nie ein Problem.
Neuerdings werden auch Sub Boards vertrieben. Anfangs waren wir ziemlich skeptisch, ein Kfz Spezialwerkzeug Shop hat sowas im Sortiment?
Aber die Designs sowie die Preise waren so ansprechend, dass die ganze Familie & Co jetzt ein Barramundi Sup bzw. Paddle Board besitzt.
Wir sagen der Firma Rotools vielen Dank für die tolle Ware. Die paddle Boards wurden als B Ware verkauft. Warum? Top Ware nicht schlechter as mein Markenboard für 800 Euro 🙃
Seit einem halben Jahr im Einsatz und immer noch Top!
Wir werden wieder einkaufen!!

defekter Artikel - Rückgabe schwer möglich

Ich habe einen defekten Artikel erhalten. Ob das an mangelnder Qualitätsprüfung oder generell an einem Qualitätsmangel liegt, kann ich nicht sagen. Allerdings ist eine Rücksendung derart mühsam, weil der Verkäufer inkompetent und kundenunfreundlich ist, dass ich jedem nur davon abraten kann bei Rotoos zu bestellen.
