Only responded when Paypal forced them too
Purchased a 700 euro chainsaw. It arrived without a guide bar even though the advert showed that it was supplied with one. I repeatedly contacted rotopino.fr about it and was told they would send me another one. Two months later I opened a dispute with Paypal. Within the 21 days dispute-period rotopino informed that they had sent the missing piece. As I had still not received it I transformed the dispute into a claim. Only after the dispute was transformed into a claim did rotopino actually dispatch the guide bar. I have no doubt that, without Paypal intervention, they would not have done this.
Very disappointed with their service level. Would not buy from them again.
