Worst warrant service ever

Worst warrant service ever. They cover hardly anything. Even our dealership said the warranty is a joke. Just spent 2,000.00 on repairs because they would not cover anything. While page on what's not covered and a paragraph on what's covered. We canceled this service and will not recommend this warranty company to anyone and everyone

On a scale of worthless to fraudulent!

I would give this 0 stars if permitted. I am the last person among my friends and family to complain about a business BUT this company has treated me unfairly along with being extremely condescending towards me.

They assumed I knew nothing about cars and told me that they would not cover my purge valve because they consider it emissions when the dealership service manager stated otherwise. He told me that he has numerous issues with Route66 and that they should cover it, I just needed to put up a fight.

I find the fact that I have to fight them and know that other customers are treated differently extremely unprofessional to say the least. Mind you, I have the top tier warranty and was told by Elements Financial that this would cover all mechanical costs. Candace, the claim person, was quick to dismiss me and blame Elements on this. I am having to go around with Elements, Route 66 and Town and Country Ford on this issue just to have a car.

I will also add that I am a regional sales manager that is required to drive all over the state. Also, when I had Maxcare through Carmax, I had to replace my purge valve on the Mustang and they covered it. no questions asked for $150.

Bottom line, Route 66 and their poor excuse for customer service are absolute trash and should be forced out of business. I deeply regret letting the credit union talk me into using them instead of having the far superior Maxcare.
