Extender link issue for router

On line technician spent over two hours helping to establish router extender link. He was very patient and outlined every step very thoroughly until problem was resolved and unit was functional. Five star tech support.
The negative is the difficulty in setting up this link. The enclosed instructions and built in hardware were totally inadequate for what should have been a simple task.
