Why do you charge in full for a service that will not occur for 30 days in the future! Charge either just before the cancellation period or after the satisfactory completion of the service

Superb company

Superb company. I've been using them for 4 years now, never a problem. Totally trustworthy and dependable. Reasonable rates, and you can find a sitter close to you.
Highly recommend.

Best dog care in Tucson!

Rover provided several options to consider, a variety of pricing, and reviews that were helpful. Debra and Dennis were just what we were hoping to find for our 14yo dog. She was provided with loving attention, walks twice a day - making sure it wasn't too hot out in Tucson for the dog's feet, and time to chill out and rest. Because she was the only dog in the home, she didn't have added stress to being away from home. They were receptive to having 2 extra rugs in their home, from ours, due to our dog's challenge with slippery floors. We couldn't be more pleased with the care Debra and Dennis provided. :)

I found a terrific sitter for my dog…

I found a terrific sitter for my dog using Rover. The site provides helpful information about the sitters, allowing you to pick someone who can meet the specific needs of your pet. Knowing that Rover vets their caregivers and is insured was reassuring. Reading reviews from clients who have used the service was very helpful also.

Using Rover.com made it easier to find an excellent pet sitter for our dogs. Easy to find ones close to our location, the reviews were helpful to find the perfect match for us. Ease of booking and payment made the process smooth.

NOT a catsitting appropriate app

Rover has recently merged with Cat in a flat, a cat-specific sitting service. My clients are now being charged double what they were on CiAF for twice-a-day services. The company is not taking sitter's reviews and feedback into account and has completely isolated the cat-sitting market by trying to assimilate the needs of cats within the dog-specific services it offers. An example of this is offering grooming/bathing services for cats. There are additional hidden fees for customers that are not reflected in the pay provided to the sitters - overall, just very disappointing to be a cat sitter on the Rover app. I highly recommend searching for private cat sitters, rather than sourcing through this app.

App was very easy to use and Ian whom we reached out to, replied right away. We were so impressed with his professionalism that we would recommend Rover to anyone. There are allot of reviews of each Sitter so your options are many.

They never put my expectations down

They never put my expectations down. My dog is a high energy dog and needs a lot of playtime and attention. He is very good in the house but he still needs to go out for a walk every day. It’s not easy to find someone who can understand and loves to take care of. And, more than anything it’s legitimate to look for. I highly recommend this Rover.

App needs improvements

The tabs on the app stink. When you switch from one to another it should stay where you were. Also the filters that I apply for sitters should be remembered. The services tab makes no sense. Communication should be per sitter not per booking.

Rover met my expectations and more

My experience booking my pet sitter have been great. The service is good and the communication thru the app is good.
This is my second experience booking and I don't have nothing bad to say.
At first I selected someone that can speak my language and it has been a great experience.
