Do not buy tiles from Rovic Tiles if you are working on a project that has a timeline. They will tell you the tiles are in stock, but they aren’t. I had to delay my tilers (and therefore the whole bathroom project) 3 times as they told me the tiles were going to be delivered and then they weren’t. Not only did the project have to get delayed but I was massively out of pocket as I had to pay my tradespeople for days they sat at my house with nothing to do as we had been guaranteed the tiles were going to turn up. Get everything in writing from them as Tony will be very kind and placating on the phone then 2.5 weeks later will write an email completely refuting what he said. There are plenty of other good tile shops around. Do not waste your money.
