Their shoes are not as advertised. Ordered from an instagram ad and was not provided with the correct style. I was never provided any order confirmation and when I received the wrong order style customer support was very unresponsive and was unwilling to process an exchange. The shoes I receive seemed like they were made very cheaply and did not have Rovux on the shoe anywhere, and had extra writing on the shoe that was not shown on the online store

We love the Shoes but they continue to send us the wrong size! Not sure what the problem is! Ordered size 11.5 and have two sets of 10's and now they don't respond! What a waste!

They do not honor an exchange or refund even when the sneakers are not true to size. I wear a size 10 USA women and the sneakers I receive although says size 10 in Women's feels like a 10 1/2 or 11. And these sneakers have hard plastic soles. I reached out twice with no reply, and you can leave a review on their website without paying a service fee or joining Judge.me

I was scammed by this company! On December 25th 2022I placed an order for a pair of sneakers from Rovux footwear. On January 9th I received a notification that my order was delivered but I never received the package 🤔. So I reached out to customer service for help to locate my order. Customer service replies saying their carrier left my package with some random security guard without any attempt to deliver the package to my apartment, nor proof of the delivery to security. So I do my own investigation with building management and security whom denied ever receiving a package! So I reach back out to customer service with the results of my investigation looking for a full refund now because I’m clearly not at fault, but instead I’m being denied. Now I’m out of money and sneakers for no apparent reason! Do not buy anything from ROVUX FOOTWEAR or you will be next!

Rovux is a SCAM! This company is selling shoes for $130+ and offering some discounts from $170 to make it look like you're getting a good deal for $130.. but the truth is you can Google the brand and find them on Amazon under a different brand, same shoes for $30-70. I emailed the Rovux company with pictures of their shoes and another company shoes online with the price difference and they never replied. If you like these shoes, just buy them cheaper at other online stores for less than $65. Remember, you won't see Rovux on other online stores because another brand makes them.

Very cool sneakers. I ordered two pairs. The shoes arrived on time. I got an exchange without any problems, due to the fact that one pair was small. Feel free to order.

It is truly a gamble when I purchase footwear from a company you haven't heard of yet. But I will say that the gamble was totally worth it. My family purchased 4 pairs of ROVUX footwear and we were very happy with the product. A truly comfortable shoe with a unique and refreshingly vivid and colorful design. I want to note that the team is always friendly and in touch, answers all questions. I also want to note the quality of the shoes. they are just top notch, they are very light like walking barefoot, they are very comfortable, they take the form of the foot, the style and color combination I just love. bright unusual models. my whole family wears sneakers of this brand, I advise you to buy a hotch once and try it, I assure you you will not be able to wear other sneakers. I love this ❤️

Bought the solstice style, strictly for the colorful bottoms. However in person they appeared as displayed except for the one feature i purchased them for. the entire sneaker, is actually black.

The customer service is great with this company. I had a size issue and they right away offered to send me a new pair in the correct size without needing to send the incorrect size back(one time offer). I will definitely give the other pair to my sister. I was so appreciative
