Be careful

Be careful! If I could give no stars I would. I signed up with Rovva for a virtual office. They do not supply a virtual office, they give your information and basically sign you up with another company. You have 30 days to request a refund, which I did. No one responded. I was able to chat with someone on the website who was able to get the process going. They told me my refund would be processed. It never was. They stopped responding to my emails. Now, on their website their is no contact number or chat available. Now I have to get my bank involved. They can't be trusted.
