Everything works fine apart from paying direct to my bank account. I tried twice and it failed both times. Reset to my PayPal account and all was fine. Hence only 4stars not 5.

The installer of the carbon meter wired it so it worked in reverse. Omar and Claire provided excellent and immediate help to resolve the issue and ensure I had the correct readings

Rowan Energy recently “retired” their crypto coin, which they sold to investors under false marketing while secretly printing more tokens to dump on the market. Unfortunately it seems like the company has been a front for a scheme to extract money through its token, and I would be extremely careful about the longevity of your SmartMiner payouts.

I would be VERY cautious buying a SmartMiner through Rowan Energy. They currently pay their customer rewards with revenue from selling their SmartMiners...

A quick online search also reveals some pretty serious allegations against their CEO, David Duckworth, spanning all the way back a decade, up until 2025.

My experience with Rowan Energy was a bad one due to their ethics. Would not recommend

I have been woth Rowan Rewarda as a smart miner customer for Almost 3 years and was a early Adopter. The scheme so far has doubled my original investment. I have had support issues with 1 miner with power cuts but it was replaced quickly
A few software glitches sorted easily as well.

It's nice to have the extra for my Solar Generation and it works well.

Rowan Energy CEO David Duckworth left all his investors in lurch retiring Rowan Coin. The company's coin was hacked by a white hacker and the hacker wrote an article. He has provided us with a lot of evidences that the information about the circulation supply has not been told correctly so far. As investors, we were waiting for a statement from Rowan Energy CEO David Duckworth to refute these evidences. He told us that he had reached an agreement with an auditing firm for two months. He said that the final puzzle pieces were taking some time to complete. Investors waited patiently. While we were waiting for an explanation about the hack, he decided to retire a coin whose price had already fallen by 95% without giving any information about the hack. He left all investors alone with serious losses. We have screenshots of all the incorrect updates he gave regarding this process and we can share them.

David Duckworth, the Ceo of Rowan Energy, after making many promises and false claims, decided to shut down the crypto side of the company leaving many people with nothing after investing millions of dollars.

He started to delete all evidence on every social network about those promises (its a fact, and i can prove it)

Personally i wouldn’t recommend Rowan Energy even to my worst enemy.

If you are in good faith let’s made public your blockchain and see who was keeping selling tokens, those mysterious wallets that were keeping selling on Mexc.
Or the Enflux deal, or why you deleted all the evidence on your social networks.

Remember we backed up everything and we have ex Rowan Energy employees with a lot of evidence.

Rowan Energy recently announced the permanent retirement of the Rowan token and the end of all support and development.

The team had promised a long-term vision for transparent, green energy solutions, but after serious technical issues and poor communication, the project was shut down.

Pure scam company. The crypto side has been nothing but a money scam scheme.
Especially CEO David needs to be held accountable for this.

I had major security concerns with the Rowan Energy product and contacted their support multiple times via email — but never received any response. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. The service and support are absolutely terrible. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious with this company.

Scamers Many of those who invested cheated. Lied when they said everything was in order and then liquidated everything with patience, losing thousands of euros

Rowan Energy had a bold idea: merging blockchain with clean energy. But after their blockchain got hacked, the CEO disappeared into thin air. It has been almost 2 months and still: no explanation or statement about what happened, no plan for how to go forward. If ghosting investors was a renewable resource, Rowan would be carbon-negative.

Edit: Rowan flagged my review for “defamatory content.” Instead of quietly trying to censor criticism, maybe try responding to the review like professionals. Trying to censor negative feedback instead of addressing it only makes things look worse.

I cashed in points for pounds only to find the charge went up the points I cashed in !!!!!

This company appears to have two businesses: a solar service and a crypto scheme.
Crypto scheme has provided cause for me to write this warning to potential investors:
This project attracted many well-meaning investors with promises of a smart, rewards-based solar mining system. However, after numerous concerning signs, payouts have ceased and the token value has collapsed. In our opinion, this reflects serious mismanagement and a lack of transparency from the leadership team. Proceed with extreme caution.

Bad experience with their handling of their crypto. Communication is awful

Thank you Claire for helping me through the resetting of the wifi connection, due to the upgraded router from Virgin media. My problem was not using the full stop at the end of the password.... excellent assistance from Claire, thank you.

We had a new Network connected and needed to update the details. Claire arranged a call at a time convenient to myself, she rang at the appointed time and everything was resolved quickly and easily. Well done Claire and the rest of the Rowan Energy team.

What a breath of fresh air to have a company resolve a problem so quickly and efficiently with regards to my SmartMiner not recording. The customer support (Claire) department is to be congratulated upon their professional response.

I have had cause to contact Claire on several occasions and the customer service she delivers is faultless. Always friendly and polite she knows her stuff and is an undoubted asset to Rowan Energy.
