Rowe Diamonds 

I've bought a few different designs and all are great quality, I did have an issue with one order missing the AB drills but this was resolved quickly and the customer service was incredibly helpful.

Fantastic UK company who make their own canvases so no waiting for postage from China. The quality of the canvas and drills are the best I've had and I've used alot of different company's. They are unique as they can add AB and special drills to your canvas. I bought a fantastic 120 x 80 kit off them and it was a joy to do. Their customer service and communications are great. Highly recommend.

Seen as you blocked me after taking my money..... My diamond painting is missing alot of gems!!! You sent 269 of number 3042 and it needs a hell of alot more to complete it. So can you either send me the correct amount (and I'm not holding onto any hope that there won't be more missing along the way) or give me a full refund as the painting CAN NOT be completed there for it still isn't fit for the purpose it was brought for?? It's not possible to complete it. It seems I'm not the only person who's had a issue with not enough gems sent. Thank you 👍
I am not a dishonest customer I have proof I wasn't sent enough gems to do the painting there for I havnt been able to move on with it. I can't upload pictures to here but it is absolutely clear that I have gems missing! It's on there print outs. Also I have not been removed from any social media accounts at all. Please stop lying your making yourself look silly. Anyway months on I do not have the extra gems I need so I can't complete the painting. Which by the way cost £90. This is double the price of any other company.

**Buyer Beware**

I ordered 5,000 drills and received this small bag with 5,000 written on it.
I knew it looked like such a small bag to contain 5,000 drills....
So I emptied out the bag and tried putting 5 bags of 1,000 drills that I had. I could only fit 3 bags of 1,000 drills.

As you can see I filled the bag to the ream trying to fit the three bags into the bag they had marked 5,000 drills.

I buy my ab drills and sparklers from here they are excellent quality and really quick delivery, will be ordering more soon and they have excellent customer service and support,would definitely recommend them.

If I could award more stars i would... Amazing in every way

First class Experience from responding to questions straight away and guiding me through my options with different choices and showed me what the images would look like before hand. Top class Diamond Painting website for Customs and the lead time is only weeks rather than months from other places. Have ordered a few and Rowe will be my first and only website for customs

Rowe diamonds is uk based. Quality is the best I have ever done . Delivery is fast and if there is a problem thy are always there to help you fix it . I have been using Rowe for over a year now thy do special custom as wel with ab stones and twinkles and crystals . You will not regret ordering from them thy are a family business to and there canvasses thy print them them self’s I give them 5 stars iff possible I would give more

I have brought 2 customs from Rowe Diamonds and can not fault them on either I have no popping drills the canvas is perfect I would recommend you over any company there customer service is excellent and are always on hand to help and advise

This is my first custom from Rowe diamonds and definitely won’t be my last.
The first thing I’d say about them as a company they made the whole process super easy for ordering a custom diamond painting especially when you have no idea about how to go ahead and do this, they never once made me feel stupid for asking questions, who knew that there were so many different sparkly drills I didn’t !
As for quality WOW when I opened my box the canvas looked as if it had come off of the printing machine 5 minutes ago it was so perfect, high quality drills are also used as well as a large size boat is provided, and the sticky ness of the canvas is unreal super sticky.
I’ve recommended them so many times on all my social Medea pages and will continue to do so, if your looking for a custom diamond painting you can’t go wrong choosing Rowe Diamonds.
