Contacted the customer services team 4 times about my rug that still hasn’t arrived yet. Spoke to 4 different people and been told different things by each person.
2/3 items have arrived which should have been stated in the delivery updates. The rug has magically disappeared. I’ve been told by two agents that I will get a phone call back or an email but there’s been no communication what so ever. I need to know what’s happening rather than being sent pillar to post repeatedly.

I had 2 items delivered one item is broken i have sent several emails about this with the photos and not heard back . I will have to ring them .i been busy but i will try tomorrw . After sales care is rubbish very disappointing as the site looks lovely the things they have are beautiful . One of the items I received was spot on . I did reply and send pictures twice to u but fof some reason u not getting my emails . I did ring twice today left a message then rang an spoke to a nice lady who said u not getting emails so go on Facebook send message and photos so I have done that now am waiting for a response from you

Fantastic customer service.... I had a broken item come though delivery... due too the courier.... I contact rowen about the matter and within two days a replacement was sent out... thank you for spectacular Fantastic service... I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Although I ordered through Rowen Homes, the product was supplied and delivered directly by LPD Home. The packaging arrived severely damaged, and upon unboxing, I discovered the headboard was broken in several areas. The construction quality is exceptionally poor, utilizing what appears to be low-grade MDF that lacks durability. While Rowen Homes maintained communication, the return process was frustratingly slow; I had to follow up multiple times just to arrange the collection and secure my refund.
