Go above and beyond in terms of pre sales but inaccurate info on website.
The company in general is very good with communication and providing answers to my queries. However, the photos of their product are not always accurate. In my case, the mirror cabinet was supposed to open to right and have cable coming on the right side too. It turned out to open to left and the cable was on top. Blaming the manufacturer - that might be the case - but then they should take the responsibility for the error. The whole experience left a bit of bad taste - one can't 100% trust their website

I recently purchased a mirror from Royal Bathrooms and was extremely impressed with both the product and the customer service.
The mirror was delivered incredibly quickly. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a little smaller than I expected(my mistake as I had ordered the wrong size) , so I emailed them in the early hours of Sunday morning, not expecting a response until Monday or even Tuesday.
To my surprise, I woke up to a reply and the issue was sorted immediately without any fuss. A replacement was arranged straight away, and they will collect the original mirror when the new one is delivered.
This is what I call top-class customer service. I would 100% recommend Royal Bathrooms and will definitely be buying from them again. I’ll also be recommending them to all my friends and family.
