Really impressed with the customer service from Royal Bathrooms. Although my issue was raised later than their usual reporting period, the team were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help, arranging a replacement part as a gesture of goodwill and getting it sent out urgently.
I really appreciated how helpful and professional they were throughout. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, and I’d happily recommend Royal Bathrooms and work with them again.

Blind buy in a sense... but
I have never used this site before and nor did I know anyone who had used them.
I quite liked the look of the site and prices seemed fair. I was worried about the quality too.
However, I went ahead and placed my order which was very easy to do.
The updates on the order also were prompt and I received my order within the time stated.
All items were as seen and the quality of the products were really good.
Having fitted the them in our small bathroom, it has made it look very nice.
I would recommend this site to others too.

Extremely rude customer service
Extremely rude customer service.
I ordered a toilet and waste connector.
When I asked for the installation manual, I was told I didn’t need one because the plumber was supposed to know how to install it. Seriously? Maybe I want to know by myself how to install silly toilet seat!
The bolts holding the cistern needed replacing, the syphon needed replacing because the toilet was constantly leaking water, and the waste connector was leaking and had to be replaced.
I was then asked to provide videos showing the issues with the items. I couldn’t provide a video of the waste connector leaking because it had already been replaced by that point. They then claimed they had never asked me for a video of the waste connector. Yes, they did - in your previous email.
They then asked me to provide the receipt for the new waste connector I bought from a different shop. Seriously? When an item you supplied is faulty, the normal procedure is to return the faulty item, not to provide you with a receipt for a replacement item purchased elsewhere.
The whole experience has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
I do not recommend this company. It is even not possible to leave a review on their website.
