This is the 2nd bad experience from…

This is the 2nd bad experience from this take away. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and the second experience far worse than the first.

The food took over two hours and despite asking for a refund (as it arrived stone cold) they refused and said a manager would call me back to apologise and sort out the refund after the weekend. This never happened.The food was not good and it spoilt what had been a great evening.

I would avoid this take away as they do not care about customer service or quality.
