I finally received my brooch but it does not have a pin on the back so cannot be used. No reply from their customer service.

Scam disgusting people

Scam scam scam advertised as Belori full price. Ordered Nov 4th. Acknowledged on 5th and to let me know when dispatched. Heard nothing. Scrolled down and found Email address. This is fake. Ordered on 13th November purple war horse poppy. Scam. Fake email address. Both these emails started with Support. Doesn't exist. These sites have now been taken down.vanished into thin air. My orders have vanished. Both looked legit. Saw no reason to check until I saw on my banking app they'd taken money exchanges into US $. Then started checking. Will approach bank now. Will live in hope.

Purchased the Spitfire Pin total cost £16.93 saying ships before Rememberance Day.

Placed an order for a War Horse Poppy Brooch, order said if any problems email the War Horse Poppy Site but I never received the order and I emailed several times with no response. When I checked the reply email address it was this company so I have messaged them. Poppy day has now been and gone and as of yet I have had no response. Awaiting a reply?????

I have just reported this company to American Express. My order was made on 25th June. It was confirmed and since then despite three emails 7th, 9th and 12th July asking about the order, I have not received a reply or the goods. I am elderly but not an idiot. It’s a scam

Stay away from this company. Scamming people with VE day badges that never turn up. These people are just scum, vermin that needs shutting down. Facebook is just as much to blame. I've lost count of how many bogus companies advertise on Facebook and many companies are selling illegal guns and knives, claiming they are legal to own in the UK. Facebook needs to clamp down on these instead of removing freedom of speech posts. Get your priorities right for a change.

No confirmation email and no brooch, wanted a VE day brooch for VE day, but alas, another scam and big let down.

Failed to deliver ... I checked online which warned of a scam ... I will notify PayPal.

Changing review turned up today badges nice, communication could be better.
Apart from that ok.

I ordered two Lapel badges for VE and VJ. I got an acknowledgement from the company, but never heard anything more. I contacted Pay Pal yesterday, who gave me an email address to contact them. The badges arrived today to my surprise and delight.

I ordered a VE brooch which did eventually arrive but sadly badly broken pin so absolutely no use.
I emailed the company to ask for a replacement but to date I have not even had acknowledgment of my email. I paid with PayPal so will have to contact them for a refund if I don’t hear in the next few days.
I will also put a warning on FB

Oh dear wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered the badges. Like others I received the first email then nothing and now it’s the VE Day celebrations and I don’t have my badges. So annoyed.

Such a bad company to deal with. Ordered 2 VE Day badges, received an email saying they would let me know once dispatched, email never came, they do not answer emails or correspond in any way. It’s a disgrace they promote these badges, this company should never be allowed to trade, and especially mislead and take money on behalf of remembering our fallen hero’s.

Do not order from this company. I ordered two commemorative brooches a month ago and still nothing. I didn't receive an order confirmation email either 😡

If i could give a zero star rating, I would. Their advertising states 3-5 working days delivery. Bullshit. I have spent in excess of £60 for VE Day badges for me and my veteran friends, and still nothing has arrived. I'll be amazed if they get here in time. VERY UNHAPPY 🤬

I spent a total of £78-19 with them on 14/04/25 and 20/04/25! to date I have received nothing.I did order a badge on 11/04/25 and received it so I thought everything was ok, now they are not replying to emails.Just a load of robbing bastards I think I'll put a warning on Facebook.Just an update emailed them on Tuesday and got no reply but received my order in full on Thursday

Definitely a scam company, took my mums money for 2 brooches, no confirmation email, no contact number, now no website. Thieving robbing people praying on the vulnerable
