Great costomer support they got straght to work

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
This website is so bad I mean I bought project Zomboid for steam as a gift and they said it would be completed by the 16th of Feb and now its the 18th. I've sent three complaints and they haven't responded to any of them. so please don't buy from here its trash.

RoyalCDKeys.com is a great site to go to if you're looking for a cheap affordable product or key. I purchased a few keys, but a technical issue came up with one. The staff was friendly and more than willing to help me sort out the issue. If you're looking for a website where there is assertive customer service should you need some help, they are the site to choose. Thanks

Avoid RoyalCDKeys at all costs. I purchased an "Office 2021 Pro Plus Retail" lifetime license, but after 6 months, the key stopped working following a clean Windows install.
After investigating, I discovered my specific product key is listed in public databases of leaked/pirated keys on several forums.

When I contacted support, they completely ignored the security breach. They only sent a generic copy-paste instruction list (the same one they send to everyone) and refused to provide a replacement key or a refund.

I followed all their steps (using local accounts, no OneDrive, official ISO), but the key is simply blocked by Microsoft.

They sell keys that are eventually blacklisted and then disappear when you ask for a solution.
Don't waste your money here.

The product is great! customer support is really good they help with everything you need tho sometimes take longer to respond but otherwise it can be resolved

I bought a piece of anti-virus software from them. When I tried to code, it said the code was no longer valid. A lot of people sell these codes which are trials and make some money off of you. There was no real redress. It is the first and the last thing I will buy from them.

I bought a Win 11 pro retail key and it did not work immediately. I had to contact the support. Support quickly responded and offered a replacement key, which worked!

After I've purchased a copy of Windows 10 Pro, it didn't work. So the guys sent me another one which worked. Thanks. 4 stars because i had to wait 12 hours.

It was pretty good site they have the good price and great support , First time i got a wrong key which didn´t work but as i contacted support, I found different solutions which led me to find a new key that successfully activated my windows, great support!

*but dont forgot to make some evidence when using the key, such as recording a video from the purchase process to the key activation. For just in case that if anything happens, they can solve the problem for you quickly. ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

The Support is awesome. I had bought a key for windows 11 but I didn't know the difference between home and pro. I reached out to the support for a key exchange. They got back to me the next business day and was able to solve the issue with an exchange to the correct key no problem. Best customer service. And the delivery method of the key was fast and simple.
