Don't trust this website, I got proper scammed. On the Etsy it said £45 free delivery, this seller charged me £85 for some rubbish piece they made. Really fake, cheap quality. They don't respond. The person's name is Marshall Mamnoon

I have ordered a sofa bed and I have been told that it will take around 6 weeks to make to order. I was waiting and waiting, I was asking what is going on for ages with no response... to be finally told after over 2 months that they don't know what is going on with my sofa as they can't get through to the factory.
They have offered me a different sofa with some discount which was available and I have agreed to this.
Received the sofa after another good while with no legs and with a big hole in the middle of the 2 cushion seats.
I have contacted Lukasz immediately and requested my money back but I was told that sure, I agreed to buy sofa from the shop with some discount already so I am not in titled to full refund.
As the sofa was sold damaged and with missing parts I have sent the report on PayPal and managed to get some money back.

I echo the last reviews for Royal Deco run by Lukasz - an ignorant owner and Karolina who is a complete liar. After a long delay I have a sofa. And that is where good points end. The quality of the build is well under any soft furnishing standards. It does not conform to UK Fire regulations that require all sofa to be made of flame retardant materials and have a clear labels to mark this. The sofa itself is very lightweight, made of cheap wood and low quality foam. It does not offer any support in the seating area. After 2 weeks of use the springs have prodded through the underneath mesh. When raised all the concerns I have been ignored for few weeks, then fobbed off that my photos and videos provided are corrupted and impossible to view only to be told in the end that I have caused damage to the sofa by standing on it or opening it to sleep on it! They conveniently offer a purchase with only small deposit paid with the remaining balance paid in cash on delivery. Do not be fooled! You will not have any complaints resolved - once you hand them your hard earned cash they will simply either ignore you or wash their hands off and blame you for misuse. They will also fail to produce the invoice - delaying by saying the accountant is doing batches once a month. Absolute sham - do not buy from them!

This company don't deserve even 1 star. Mr Lukasz its liar, a crook, boor, ignorant and lacking customer service. Products are bad quality and not lasting even 9 months. If you try to make complaint about product he will lie to you that you didn't purchase product from him, he will not answer, block you . This persone its really rude and lady who sits in his office called Karolina I think it's rude and ignorant as well. Be aware that this person will have few court cases against him because of his actions

Couch is perfect, exactly the colour I wanted. Comfortable to sleep on also ! Amazing staff, got back to me very quickly, very clear & helpful. Definitely recommend.

This company is producing great products at fantastic prices. Delivery timeline as given. The ordering process was made much easier with the help of Sheetal who has been very responsive and professional. She has helped make this a great deal easier than it would normally have been. Delivery drivers were polite prompt and efficient. Recommended and will come back and order again.
