Misleading returns policy - they charge 165 NOK even if you returning a 20g letter, they would not return money to another account and the customer service is lying. Avoid!

This is my first time to order from the webstore.

The website is very misleading, not specifying that it will take more than 5 days before an order is even processed or sent out. I placed an order on 4 April such that the order will be in by the first working day 6 April (Monday).

I called customer service last week (7 or 8 April before the Easter break), and was told that the order was being processed already and will be sent out.

However, it is already 15 April, yet I had not received any email notification for a package delivery tracking. so, I called again today (Tuesday 15 April) and was told that it is still being processed. The lady said 1-4 days processing the order and another 2-5 days for sending the order. That is total of almost 10 days, not the 2-5 days posted in your site. It is already the 5th day yet my order has not been sent out of your warehouse until now.

I was (and still am) starting to wonder if I this is a phony site and whether I will actually receive the goods I ordered and paid for. Now that I have read all the bad reviews on Facebook, I am hoping that you - Royal Design will take this as an opportunity to improve your image and please send me my proper order within this week.

I cancelled this item by telephone, then when received I sent back with the prepaid labeling. I have receipt and photos of the posting on 14/01/20 and now I receive a demand from Klarna for payment.
I have tried contacting you by email only to receive an automated answer that I shall be answered in 48 hours and have not had any reply in over three weeks.

I still havent recieved the items I ordered in November 2019. Costumer service has not replied to the email I sent three weeks ago, even though i have contacted them two times

After waiting 5 weeks for a lamp that should have been delivered within 2-7 days, it arrived shattered, without visible transport damage.
I called the same day and asked them to send a new one. Now it has been 14 days and the replacement has not been sent. Steer clear of this company!

Royal Design is extremely poor on delivery time and customer service and information. Very long delivery time without any information even if the web site tells that the product is available and can be delivered in a few days. My advice is to choose another and more serious place to buy Royal Copenhagen.

My wife and I ordered a TV stand from Royaldesign.no in July 2019. A couple of days later I called customer service to ask about the status of the order. They said they had gotten it in and that it would be dispatched shortly. As it turned out, however, only parts of the order had gotten in. In November 2019, after multiple telephone calls and e-mails with their customer service, they still couldn't give us an answer as to when the rest of the order would be coming in, and we canceled our order.

My main problem with Royaldesign.no is that their customer service seem to have absolutely no knowledge about their supply chain (even though this was a piece of furniture of their own brand), and a complete lack of system support to track an order. They were consistently unable to inform me of the status of the order. I give them two stars only because they gave us our money back when we asked for it.

I ordered champagne glasses for my wife as a chrismas gift. The box looked fine on the outside, no visible damage. However, there was a glass that had a broken stem. I wrote an email to the company, however i have not received a response yet. Still waiting...

Missing some parts to build the chairs , delayed delivery (not 1-4 working days at all).

I was waiting for my parcel 1 month and 3 days. After two weeks I received replay on my ticket with customers support. Another two tickets were without response from customer service.

I highly not recommend this shop.
